    Warranty Claims & Returns

    If a product is faulty or damaged please contact us for a return authorisation. Where possible we’ll try and help you troubleshoot your issue     first, to get your product working again as quickly as possible.

    We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing it. However, if the product is found to     be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

    We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem     before submitting a warranty claim.

    Dead on Arrival - All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label, faulty     claims outside of 30 days from receipt will need to pay their own return costs.

    Change of Mind Refund Policy: 30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage

    We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

    Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our     team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of     being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
